Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CalDAV Bridge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
CalDAV Bridge connects to a CalDAV calendar you specify and mirrors its events into a dedicated Google Calendar that CalDAV Bridge creates in your Google account. Syncing is one-way from your CalDAV calendar to Google Calendar, with one exception: responding to an event (Accept, Decline, Tentative) in Google Calendar writes that response back to your CalDAV calendar.
CalDAV Bridge only ever accesses the Google Calendar it creates for you. It never reads, modifies, or deletes your existing Google calendars.
Accounts
- You must sign in with a Google account to use CalDAV Bridge.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any CalDAV credentials you provide.
Your CalDAV Credentials
When you connect a CalDAV account, you confirm that it belongs to you or that you're otherwise authorized to access it and to provide its credentials to a third-party service like CalDAV Bridge. You're responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for keeping them up to date if your CalDAV provider requires you to change your password.
Plans, Pricing & Billing
CalDAV Bridge offers a Free plan and a Pro plan:
- Free - one connected calendar, synced hourly, at no cost.
- Pro - unlimited connected calendars, synced every 5 minutes, billed at $2.99/month or $12/year.
Pro subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Connect a CalDAV account you don't own or aren't authorized to access.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, interfere with the service's operation, or access it through unauthorized means.
Third-Party Services
CalDAV Bridge depends on Google, your CalDAV provider, Stripe, and Cloudflare to function. Your use of CalDAV Bridge is also subject to those providers' own terms of service, and we aren't responsible for their availability, changes, or conduct.
Service Availability
CalDAV Bridge is under active development. We provide the service on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee, and sync intervals (hourly on Free, every 5 minutes on Pro) are targets rather than guarantees. Features and behavior may change as the service evolves.
Termination
You may stop using CalDAV Bridge at any time. At this time, account deletion and calendar disconnection aren't self-service - contact us and we'll take care of it. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or misuses the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CalDAV Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalDAV Bridge's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose, and CalDAV Bridge isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CalDAV Bridge after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms are always welcome.
